Welcome to 33 and SEA. A four bedroom, two full bath vacation rental home located in York Beach, Maine. With just 400 steps to Long Sands Beach and the Bath House, 33 and SEA is the perfect beach getaway with all the modern comforts of home.
Brand new from the inside out, 33 and SEA is thoughtfully designed to accommodate 10 people comfortably. 33 and SEA offers an all new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an air fry capable full size oven as well as all new bathrooms. Throughout 33 and SEA, pieces of York Beach are celebrated with each of the bedrooms named after memorable spots in York Beach.
The first level is open concept with a living, dining and kitchen area and cozy spaces to relax including a reading and office nook. The extendable dining table accommodates seating for 8-10. ‘Boon Island’, a full size bedroom can be found on the first level along with a full bathroom and shower. Also on the first level will be a modern laundry center.
On the second level, you will find three additional bedrooms and the master bath. Upstairs you’ll find ‘Nubble Light’, a queen bedroom across from a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, ‘Long Sands’, another queen bedroom and ’Goldenrod’, a fun bunk and entertainment room with a twin over double, additional twin trundle and convertible chairs for two.
Outside, 33 and SEA will offer parking for 3 cars, an outdoor shower and new grill, all with 400 steps to Long Sand Beach and the Bath House (3-4 minute walk).
Truly every room is being designed with guests in mind. Beach chairs, towels and beach buggy for distant travelers, streaming TV and Wi-Fi as well as AC in all the rooms. As a family of many generations who have enjoyed York Beach for nearly 70 years, we are thrilled to now share 33 and SEA .
